No. Con-Text.org is a creative company registered in Denmark and is exempt from VAT under Danish tax law. Therefore, no VAT applies to our invoices. Exception: If you are a company registered within the EU, you may be required to account for VAT in your country of residence according to local regulations.
No. The only items that cost extra are blurbs (€10, since they require more thought and clever phrasing to sell the book to the reader), songs, rhymes, poems and riddles (€3/line).
Yes. You retain full ownership and rights to your work. I will not share, copy, or publish any part of your manuscript in any form. I will not be entitled to any royalties, residuals, or any other form of additional compensation resulting from the sales and distribution of the translation.
